Abby is a farmer and organizer based in a small town in Western Massachusetts, where she grows 8 acres of climate resilient foods and botanical herbs. She comes from a background in journalism, education, and climate justice. As a farmer, she uses her platform to talk directly to consumers about the intersection of climate change, farming, and social justice; mentors farmers transitioning to organic production through the USDA Transition to Organic Partnership Program; and coordinates a network of nearly 100 botanical growers around the country that encourages collaboration and resource sharing.

Abby has a BA from Bard College and was a 2023 SARE Northeast Climate Adaptation Fellow.
