Diana Gonzalez is an expert facilitator, professional advocate, activist, and equity practitioner. She specializes in equitable community engagement, safe- space facilitation, and in creating diverse, inclusive, and equitable initiatives that amplify the voices of marginalized, underserved, and underrepresented communities. Diana is a Senior Equity Expert, Facilitator, Trainer and Coach. Diana joined merger B Corp Habitus and Strategy Arts, a worker-owned CoOp, from Strategy Arts. With over seven years of non-profit and direct service experience, Diana has developed a proud reputation as a passionate advocate for the community she serves and represents. 

Diana’s focus is on working with organizations to build strategies that not only center the voices of BIPOC and marginalized communities but also engage those communities in equitable processes. Through this work, Diana has worked closely with organizations and communities across the Greater Philadelphia region, the state, and beyond, developing and organizing initiatives and programs. These initiatives and programs have worked to address racial disparities, disenfranchisement, underrepresentation, and access, as well as the social determinants of health as they pertain to race and identity. 

While strategically supporting communities, coalitions, and stakeholders, Diana has skillfully mediated and facilitated difficult conversations and managed projects in communities and organizations, as well as across teams. A Philadelphia native born and raised, Diana studied Communications at LaSalle University. Holds a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching and is a Board-Certified Drugless Practitioner who most recently received her certification with the Embodied Social Justice Institute. Completing the Embodied Social Justice Program, with a focus on Somatics and Abolition. Diana is a fluent Spanish speaker and translator.
