Elizabeth is a senior facilitator and trainer and focuses on cross-sector collaboration. Elizabeth joined merger B Corp Habitus and Strategy Arts, a worker-owned cooperative, from Strategy Arts. She conducts strategic planning, designs and facilitates leadership development programs, and consults on nonprofit issues including board development, partnerships, and mergers. She has helped guide numerous collective impact and cross-sector collaboratives both in Philadelphia and nationally. In her extensive collective impact work, Elizabeth strategically supports initiatives in integrating equity as part of their framework to specifically reduce racial disparities. She has worked with a wide range of clients including the Philadelphia Health Department, The Patricia Kind Family Foundation, Read by 4th, Maternity Care Coalition, and the National Art Education Association.

Prior to joining Strategy Arts, Elizabeth ran her own consulting business for 20 years where she helped clients with organizational development and instructional design projects. Besides her consulting work, Elizabeth taught in the Communications Program for the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton MBA and Executive MBA programs. She has also been a part-time faculty member in the graduate program of Instructional Design and Development at Penn State Great Valley and in the graduate business school at West Chester University.

Elizabeth brings an extensive background in nonprofit board service. She currently serves on the board of the local Philadelphia B Corps collaborative group, B Local Philly. She recently completed nine years of service on the Board of Barclay Friends, a Quaker continuing care community and where she was the Chair for two years. Her past board service includes the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia (co-chair), the Great Valley International Society of Performance and Instruction (chair), the First Presbyterian Church of West Chester and the West Chester Rotary Club.
