Justin Wright is a worker-owner at Habitus Cooperative, a certified B Corporation, where he specializes in facilitating complex decision-making and empowering collective action. Guided by a Quaker commitment to peace, equality, and stewardship, Justin seeks work with organizations focused on social justice, racial equity, and environmental sustainability goals. After founding Habitus Incorporated in 2014, Justin joined merged B Corp Habitus and Strategy Arts in 2026. His clients include Crocs, The Barr Foundation, PolicyLink, MIT Office of Sustainability, and the B Corp Climate Collective.

Beyond facilitation, Justin designs and leads training on negotiation, difficult conversations, and designing effective meetings for clients such as Netflix, The Aspen Institute, Cabot Creamery, and Yale School of the Environment. 

Justin co-founded the Habitus Fellowship for Diversity in Negotiation, Mediation and Conflict Resolution, which has evolved into the Climate Resilience Community Facilitation Fellowship, a program dedicated to increase the number of skilled, community-based facilitators in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, capable of supporting climate resilience projects that contribute to workforce development and economic growth in local communities.

Internally, Justin was instrumental in Habitus’ transition from a hierarchical structure to a self-managed, worker-owned cooperative. He is the co-author of the book, Finding a Job that Loves You Back.

Based in Boston, Justin works part time to leave space to be a dedicated father and husband. In his free time, he climbs mountains, wrestles, and social dances. He has lived across Latin America and is fluent in Spanish.
