Narissa Turner is a Trainer and Senior Facilitator at Habitus Cooperative–a worker owned cooperative. Narissa Turner joined merged B Corp Habitus and Strategy Arts from Habitus. She has a background in climate policy advocacy and strategic facilitation, Narissa brings a deep understanding of coalition-building, equitable decision-making, and conflict resolution to her work with mission-driven organizations and communities.

Prior to joining Habitus, Narissa worked on renewable energy and climate justice policy at the local and state levels. She facilitated conversations among climate advocates, created policy briefing materials, built public support for clean energy legislation, and collaborated with lawmakers to advance equitable climate solutions.

At Habitus, Narissa has facilitated complex multi-stakeholder dialogues, designed training programs on collaborative negotiation and stakeholder engagement, and supported organizations in navigating difficult conversations. She has worked with clients such as the B Corp Climate Collective and the Barr Foundation. Her approach prioritizes trust-building, equitable resource allocation, and sustainable commitment to collective impact.

Narissa holds a B.S. in Natural Resources and Recreational Tourism from the University of Georgia and an M.A. in Climate and Society from Columbia University. She has also received specialized training in facilitating for racial justice from the Interaction Institute for Social Change. Her work bridges policy, advocacy, and facilitation, supporting organizations in achieving equity-centered, measurable outcomes.
