Sofia Soto Reyes (she/her) is Senior Facilitator with Habitus Cooperative. Prior to her work with Habitus and graduate school, Sofia was a Junior Associate at the Consensus Building Institute (CBI). In this role, she conducted research and stakeholder assessments, contributed to project design and development, managed stakeholder engagement, and co-facilitated in several of CBI’s practice areas. Sofia continues to focus her work on supporting conflict resolution and capacity-building efforts across a wide range of areas of expertise including organizational development, climate adaptation, natural resource management, sustainable development, and environmental peacebuilding. Sofia holds a B.A. in Environmental Policy from Barnard College of Columbia University and dual Master of Public Administration and Master of Public Policy degrees from the Maxwell School for Citizenship and Public Affairs and the Hertie School for Governance in Berlin. Sofia speaks Spanish and has spent time studying in Jordan, Vietnam, Morocco, Bolivia, and Germany.
